Should I renovate before selling?
Rarely. I favour light staging that reveals the property, rather than works whose cost you will not recover.
Is an off-market sale possible?
Yes. Your property can be offered off market, without a public listing, to targeted buyers. We decide together before the property goes on sale.
Can I sell without being in Paris?
Yes. I handle viewings and coordination on site, and the deed can be signed by power of attorney.
Which areas do you cover?
The Marais and Paris Centre (1st to 4th), the 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th and 16th arrondissements, and the inner suburbs.
